Pavilion

A True Community Effort

In need of a gathering place, the community volunteers from Epping and the surrounding area built the pavilion during the spring of 2001. Updates to building occurred in 2018 and 2019 to allow for year around use and adjoining kitchen and bathrooms.  The pavilion is located in the David Alexander Park.

The pavilion is available for rent for family & school reunions, wedding receptions, club picnics and dances (etc.) year around. Rental forms and fees must be filled out and turned into auditor before being allowed use of the facility.

In July, the Epping Rural Fire Department has their yearly Firemen’s Dance Saturday night. The following Sunday, the pavilion is the center of entertainment for the Buffalo Trails Day celebration beginning with a pancake breakfast and church service.

If you are interested in using the pavillion, contact Auditor Nichole Sheldon at 701-859-5555.
